What about the legality of information sharing between local authorities and private care homes and external firms of solicitors abd the Office of the Public Guarduan and Official Solicitor who appear to have engaged in a level of information sharing unheard of to the point where an ex parte application to have a Lasting Power of Attorney revoked was granted without the local authority even providing a copy of the LPA to the court
Impossible to say in the abstract. The law provides powers to share information in certain circumstances.
